The Ludwig Boltzmann Gesellschaft has reached almost 22,000 people. Affected people, their families and experts had submitted nearly 400 contributions of high quality within eleven weeks. On the platform was asked: In your opinion, what questions about mental health does research need to answer?

All contributions have been analysed with the help of experts from the field and finally categorized. The defined research areas will then be made available on the platform for all registered participants who, from September 29 to October 13, will then have the opportunity to vote on the topics they deem most relevant. Afterwards, an international jury of experts will compile a final ranking and will formulate new research questions. On 2 December 2015 at a press conference the results of the first crowdsourcing project in Europe have been published. Find more details here.
